I love talking about Real Estate! It seems like every time I get together with friends and family, someone is thinking about buying an investment.

It's always amusing to talk through the logistics of getting prepared to purchase. There are mostly hems and haws, followed up with concerns about unforeseen repairs and bad tenants.
